My account as been disabled for suspected fraud! I do not know why has I have brought everything like VIP and credits etc as I was building a nightclub as my dream to run a nightclub and meet new people!
I have never had a problem with IMVU in the pass but I have given IMVU a lot of money these past couple of months to set up and run my creator room [Nightclub] I have got every receipts on my emails of every purchase I have made! I do not understand how you can fraud this game! This game has made me so happy just playing and helping me deal with every day living basis! I have emailed the email that I was given and found on google and they are not responding when I sent at least 3/4 emails its like you are ignoring me!
I can not created a case as I been told and googled as I haven't even got a valid account! I do want my account back or even a refund of all the money I spent on the game! I do not appreciate the ignorance of ignoring my emails when I need help with my assisting account! I been trying to find a phone number to contact IMVU and no numbers on google or even YouTube or any website is not valid and its not even a number!
This is my last resort intill I go to my bank and get all my money back that way if they even let me which means IMVU will be getting done fraud not me! The link they have given me for support is not even helpful!

My account got unfairly disabled
This happened yesterday, 02/26/24, I was just having a conversation with someone in a chat room and out nowhere I get this message pop saying This session has ended before immediately getting logged out of my account and when I tried logging back in, it said it was disabled, I don't understand why because I hadn't done anything wrong and had followed the TOS. However, when I made an alternative account to file a case and get it back, I wasnt able to see if I had gotten any updates because it also got disabled and I wasnt rude in my desc.

Although this had occurred, I decide to do it again, I make the alternative account yesterday, but this time I filed the case today and again, I was nice and respectful in my desc., I even said It would nice if I could get my account back, I would appreciate it so much, thank you. Despite saying and doing all of that, not even an hour later, my account gets disabled once again. Im not sure what to do anymore because Im afraid that if I make another account, Ill just get disabled/banned again all because Im standing up for myself and this injustice.
The worst part is they not only made others waste their money on me by gifting me, but also wasted mine too because I had paid for some items on there as well. I want a refund and my account back, IMVU!

Eu amo o imvu do Fundo do meu coração sempre quis jogar e quando eu comecei a jogar não tinha nada mais fui futuro até conseguir umas coisinhas ai com um tempo de 2023 pra 2024 começou a dar errado minha experiência eu denunciava as pessoas e o imvu não fazia nada ai eu me defendia e os usuários das salas me davam bam sem saber meu lado e sim só dos outros jogadores até ai tudo bem fiquei muito magoada com essa situação mais ai minha conta foi suspensa de moedas e vip ai eu fui lá e fui resolver resolvo mais ou menos o negócio do vip mais o de moeda to aguardando o pacote pra mim compra até hoje pois e meu sonho fazer uma skin que nunca pude fazer tanto que minha lista de desejos e meu carrinho ta cheio pra mim realizar meu sonho eu só pesso que vocês ativaram de volta o pacote por favor, eu imploro também
